Having spent her entire career in hospital-based physician practice management, Kathy has seen it all – and managed most of it. Her enthusiasm for emergency medicine started as a physician recruiter where she quickly gained insight into the needs of hospitals and physicians, ultimately earning her the position of Senior Vice President over 55 sites. Since then, she’s held executive-level roles with independent/democratic medical groups, national medical groups and health systems, including Chief Operating Officer for Emergency Medical Associates of New Jersey, where she supported their growth from 15 to 35 sites, and Vice President of Multi-Specialty Client Relations for Envision Physician Services.

Kathy has successfully negotiated more than 150 multimillion dollar agreements between physician groups and hospitals and health systems of all sizes.
